My most vivid memories of places I've traveled are of people who are brought together over a meal, and the happiness it brings them.

My friend Valentín, who Runs an excellent kitchen and Coffee shop called Olaa Coffee in Isla Mujeres, Mexico, showed me a love for the ocean and my first love in

cuisine, seafood. I dove headfirst into the world of sourcing my own ingredients at sea, in the forest, as well as searching local markets for new tastes. With this newfound curiosity for food, I've traveled Spain, France, Greece, Turkey, and many places in between, learning to cook. These few dishes are favorites time and time again.
